Ok this is a "moddig" of Aero Clear theme by Neodesktop. This one still look glass even when window is maximized... For NON italian users just rename the folders "it-IT" in "en-US" Non è altro che il tema AeroClear di Neodesktop pachato, in particolare con questo tema potete mantere l'effetto trasparenza anche con la finestra massimizzata. Search around in some forum for the uxtheme.dll patch for apply non microsoft thmes then unrar the file in your theme directory: C:\windows\resources\themes
